The Helpful Things Company was established in June 2013 so we are new, fresh, full of ideas - and growing fast. We are based in Oxford and have our customer service teams near Cambridge. We are very proud of the dedication we give to customer service - from first enquiry, product guidance and ordering through to professional packing and delivery. You can be confident that we have an excellent customer experience at the core of all we do.
